Ⅲ Main Structure
The machine mainly comprise the base, eccentric shaft, jaw board, connection rod, adjusting system and lock-in spring, etc.. The transmission method is: motor propels the eccentric shaft through V belt, by the eccentric shaft and connection rod movements, the jaw board crushes the material. The discharged particle size is adjustable within limitation.
1, Main body: the front wall of the body is installed with fixed jaw board, and the two side of wall with lining board to avoid jaw board knocking the main body. Eccentric adjustable mechanics is installed on the fixed jaw board in front of the body, sealing board is installed in front and back of the body to avoid dust spreading, on the top is receiving hopper with movable cover which integrates feeding and dust-proof function together.
