This Automatic steel pipe welding rolling forming machine is specially used for producingΦ7-Φ16mm, δ0.2-0.5mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe(δ≤0.4mm).The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to copper-plating pipe coiled. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
Automatic steel pipe welding rolling forming machine process flow:
Raw material (steel coil)→uncoiling→shearing and butt-welding→material accumulating→passively leveling→mill-forming→high-frequency welding→ removing burrs outside of weld seam→cooling→sizing→roughly straightening→fixed length cutting→run-out table
