1.Decoiler
Function &structure
It is used to support and uncoil the raw material
It is in cantilever structure with damping device, under manually expanding. When it works, it is under passively runs.
The machine body is made by welded steel.
Capacity: ≤2000kg
I.D of central spindle: Φ508mm
Max. O.D of coil: Ф1300 mm
2.Roll forming machine
Function &structure
It adopts separate frame (cast steel/Ductile Iron), being transmi.tted by chain.
It is by changing the roller s to finish differents specifications.
Adjust the Up shaft`s Screw rod to change the interval, Screw rod is Trapezoidal thread, adjust the Up shaft only need to turn one nut. The down Shaft is fixed.
Roller station outboard`s nuts have two types: levorotation (down shaft) and dextrorotation (up shaft).
Decelerator is drove by down shaft, up shaft adopts synchromesh gear (for necessary stands)
Roller Station material is QT470.
Shaft material is 40Cr.
Quantity of horizontal roller:16 stands (as per final design)
Diameter of horizontal roller: φ60mm
Speed: 15m/min
3.Cutter
Function &structure
Making sizing cutting on finished workpiece. It is drove by hydraulic system.
It should change different blade when cut different specification.
4.Rack
It is made of rollers and welded steel frame with 2 parts.
The rolling length: ≤3000mm
5.Electric Control System
The whole Steel roll to roll forming machines is controlled by PLC and touch screen. The PLC system is with high-speed communication module, it is easy for operation. The technical data and system parameter can be set by touch screen, and it is with warning function to control the work of whole line.
Japan MITSUBISHI PLC (or similar brand)
Switch and measuring units are all imported from foreign countries.
PLC system language is English
