Product Description

Isostatic pressed dense zircon blocks have better corrosion resistance than conventional refractories and are ideal choices for quick wear part of glass furnaces, or fiberglass furnaces in order to improve furnace campaign life.

 

HD-65A is recommened for  installation as glass contact refractory in alkali-free glass furnaces, paving or sub-paving layer in melter tank bottom, forehearth, overflow blocks and back-up blocks.

 

HD-65B is recommended for installation as melter sidewalls, bottom paving or patch tile for LCD glass, ceramic glass, low-alkali borosilicate glass furnaces,etc..

 

HD-69A/B is recommended for installation in the glass contact areas in alkali-free fiberglass furnaces which request high thermal stress or high glass quality, such as tuckstone in melter tank, flow blocks, and bushing blocks, as well as critical areas in low-alkali borosilicate glass furnace
