General description of food waste dewatering machine

Screw press dehydrating machine can be widely used in dehydration work of high humidity grain dregs before drying process, such as vinasse, pomace, medical, cassava dregs. It can remove about 20% of the moisture in the material, greatly reducing the burden of dryer, with capacity increased significantly and energy consumption reduced. It is the indispensable processing equipment before drying process, and after dehydration, the high wet materials can be directly fed into the dryer, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of drying.

Working principle of foodwaste dewatering machine

After the speed regulating motor operates normally, the material is fed from hopper evenly into the dryer, which is pushed forward along the axis by the spiral rotor blades. During the process of advancing, the material is pressed by huge extrusion by the change of pitch and adjustment of the damper, getting the moisture removed from the material under the action of external force. The water flows out through the mesh at the liquid outlet, while the dehydrated material is discharged from the solid outlet.
