Belt Filter Press Dewatering Machine
Brief introduction of belt filter press:
ZSQ series belt filter press (belt type dewatering machine) is designed according to the actual situation of sludge after years of development, successfully absorbing the technical advantages both at home and abroad. It is a new generation of product, which is especially suitable for the use of sludge dewatering.
Working principle of belt filter press:
The material is fed from hopper onto the filter belt, going to the gravity dehydration zone, clamping pressure zone, S type extrusion zone to get pressed repeatedly, out water flow to the sink below, gradually squeezed sludge is pressed and dehydrated, and finally removed from the belt by the scraper discharger.
Structure features of the belt filter press:
The filter press is made up of the mainframe (belt filter press body), air compressor, air handler, electric control box, and belt washing water filter. The mainframe is mainly composed of frame, hopper, mesh, tensioning device, adjusting device, driving mechanism, scraper discharge device, all kinds of bearing and roller, water tank, belt washing device, etc. With continuous production, dehydration efficiency is very high, low power consumption, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. The effect of dehydration in the domestic market is in leading level.
