Poultry Dung Dewatering Machine
Introduction of Poultry Dung Dewatering Machine: Poultry dung dewatering machine, is also called solid liquid separator. It can be used to separate pig, duck manure, cow dung, chicken manure and other livestock feces manure for liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer can be applied directly to crops by absorption, while solid organic manure can be used to the region lack of fertilizer, also can have the effect of improving soil structure, and can be used to make organic compound fertilizer after fermentation.
Structure of Poultry Dung Dewatering Machine: The mainframe of the machine is casting, with the surface coated protective paint, the screw axis and screen mesh are made of stainless steel. Screen is made according to the buyers’ requirements, with a size range of 0.25 -- 1.0 mm screen mesh. The moisture of solids can be adjusted by moving the heavy hammer. The machine is equipped with pump, control box and other accessories. Application of Poultry Dung Dewatering Machine: The machine can be widely applicated to separating animal waste slag of chickens, cows, horses, and all kinds of waste from intensive farms, vinasse, medical residue, starch residue, sauce residue, biogas residue and other materials of high concentration organic wastewater.
Working Principle of Poultry Dung Dewatering Machine: The poultry dung is fed into the dewatering machine by slurry pump, pressed through the screen mesh placed on the screw axis, separating solid and liquid. Liquid flows through the screen mesh from the hole. After dewatering, the poultry dung dryer can dry moisture content to less than 12% of the granular product, not containing any chemical composition, which is a very good organic fertilizer to farmland.
