Brief Introduction of Pulverized Coal Injection Machine and Coal Burner
Powdered Coal Burner is applied to asphalt station, boiler, drying fields like rotary dryer and rotary kiln, metallurgy and other industries.
Pulverized coal burner is mainly composed of pulverized coal machine, is also called pulverized coal injection machine, host of combustion machine ( including combustion chamber , automtic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system), control system, ignition systems, the crater and others.
Coal injection machine is used for crushing the lump coal to some certain particle size and further grinding,finally will
get the pulverized coal after grinding, which is the important auxiliary equipment for the furnace using the pulverized
coal as fuel. Coal grinding process is the process of coal being crushed and increased the surface area.
To increase new surface area, must overcome the binding force among the solid molecules,thus need to
consume energy.
Coal injectionmachine researched and developed by our company can save 30%-40% of the amount of coal than the
traditional stoves.
Structure of Lump Coal Grinding and Injection Machine
1. Various models and specifications for choose including MFJ20, MFJ40, MFJ80, MFJ120, MFJ150.
2. The broken hammer is made by NM500 high wear-resisting material.
3. The coal screw is controlled by frequency converter for coal supply .
4. First-class accessories (motor, reducer, bearing etc). User can specify a brand.
5. The shell manufactured by super thick high strength steel plate, which avoid the body vibration effectively.
Host of Combustion Machine
It is composed of combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system.
1.Combustion chamber (independently rotating)
1)Our combustion chamber with larger diameter and longer length, the length of the pulverized coal preheating zone is increased, which make pulverized coal burning more fully and combusted more efficient.
2)Exclusive use of combustion chamber and rear cover separation design. (Patent number: 03216099.2)
3)Reasonable design ensures that the ignition device and air supply device with longer service life.
2.Auto-rotation and auto driving
1)Combustion chamber with motor, driven rotary in operation.
2)Exclusive use of furnace and air supply device separation design, effectively solve the problems such as firebrick collapse.
3.Burner Patented Design-easy for maintenance
The combustion chamber automatically rotation by the motor to prevent furnace slagging and improve the service life of refractory brick. The traditional burner need clean the slag 3-4 days, but our company's design greatly reduces the burners’ repair work. Our company use split design, so combustion chamber and air supply device moving forward and backward on the pully, which is easy for maintenance.
Working Principle of Coal Briquette Crushing and Grinding Machine
Coal feeding, crushing,spewing, separation procedure were done on the host. The flame temperature
adjustment can be achieved by controlling the valve groups and coal quantity.After the separation of
crushing chamber, the particles with less than 0.1mm will be spewed and burned, at the same time,
avoid the large particles were spewed directly.
Coal injection machine has extremely high burning out rate, mainly because our company adopts the
pulverized coal injection technology, namely, expanding the contact area between coal and oxygen in
the air to intense and rapid oxidation process; then, the rapid operation and rotation of pulverized coal
air flow makes the volatile gas film quickly out from the fixed carbon to speed up the carbon combustion.
The rapid combustion of coal, flame fast run, semi-closed combustion chamber and reasonably air supply, which can not
only led to the burning, but also greatly reduce the heat loss of coal burning. Coal injection machine can make full use of
the raw coal and opened up a new road. The pulverized coal injected into the combustion chamber is almost instantly fire
to produce the heat and supply the heat for rotary dryer,except little heat be absorbed by the refractory brick, the rest
most heat are fully entered into rotary dryer. The coal injection machine has several advantages as follows: full burning,
heat supply stability, avoid the instability due to caused by the lower coal.
