The machine produce columnar gear both straight tooth and skew tooth and spline spindle, which with high and stable accuracy.
Follow both deasil and converse mail axes to feed.
The machine is controlled by both hydraulic pressure and electricity which adopts the PLC which is programmable. This leads to high security, low rate of malfunction and also is convenient to maintain.
Equipped with safe system and automatic lubrication system, and self-closing system.
The machine is simply and convenient adjusted and suitable for large number production as well as several pieces being operated by one person.

Standarde equipment:main machine, each one set of Φ27, Φ32 and Φ40 hob shank, one set of standard chang gear,one set of special tools.
