Charcoal ball press machine is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, coal and refractories industries, etc. which is suitable for wet powder briquetting by use of adding an appropriate amount of water and other adhesives. This series machine adopts a unique hydraulic system, so that improve the briquetting rate and strength. It applies to many raw materials, such as light burning magnesium, iron oxide skin, manganese alloy, sludge, gypsum, carbon,silicon carbide, copper powder, iron powder and various refractory, etc.
Materials of coal/charcoal ball press machine:
Charcoal powder, carbon dust, bamboo charcoal dust, shisha charcoal powder, coconut shell charcoal powder, jujube charcoal powder, coke charcoal powder, etc. Besides, our briquette charcoal machine can be also used to press coal, brown coal, white coal powder or dust, coke powder, coking coal, etc. This equipment is widely used in the field of chemical, refrectories, ceramics, mining, and metallurgy, etc.
The working flowchart of the charcoal ball press machine
Raw Material—>Crushing—>Feeding—>Mixing—>Pressing—>Drying—>Briquettes
1)raw material prepared: sieving, pulverizing the charcoal lumps/chunks or coal materials into fine powder.
2)Get appropriate binder.
3) Mixing process: mixing coal / charcoal powder with binders and some other additives if needed. 4)Briquetting process/Extruding process: briquetting/extruding mixed charcoal powder into specific shape with charcoal making machine.
5) Drying process: sun drying or automated tunnel type continuous drying
6)Packing process: carton packing, gunny packing, paper packing

Our coal/charcoal ball press machine consists of three main parts: the feeding part; transmission part; molding part.
1. The feeding part: it is meanly for coal powdery material from hopper evenly into the machine between the rollers for briquetting.
2. The transmission part: it is the main drive system, including the motor, reducer, triangle strip, coupling, driving spindle, open gear.
