Lantian three types charcoal briquette extruder making machine
1. High pressure extruder briquette machine coal briquettes machine , Briquetting is a process that raw material is pressed under high pressure and temperature.
2. The machine uses a large screw to compress and extrude biomass into briquettes which is hollow or hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
3. During the process, no binder needed. So the briquette is a kind of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. Good quality and high density and strength.

Charcoal Ball Press Machine:
This is a kind of screw briquetting press and it can be used to produce hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder. There is a hole (15-20mm) throughout the finished biomass briquettes. Since they can be stacked, compared with wood chips, wood briquettes are more convenient to store. The reason why briquettes are more efficient when burning is that the central hole and outer layer are carbonized during the briquetting process. GCBA series briquetting press is designed with automatic temperature control system which makes it a good choice for pressing hard wood materials such as rich husk and sawdust. The appropriate electric motor of this briquetting press is 1kw/15kw/18.5kw/22kw-3phase-380v-50hz.

This coal rod extrusion machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder,
coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore,
copper or other matallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal,
plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle.

2. Our new type Model 360 coal rod extrusion machine has three electric motors and two or four discharging heads
which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density.

a. The requirements of feeding materials:
1. The inlet particle size of materials must be less than 3mm.
2. We have to add suitable binder for some kind of materials for shaping easily.
3. The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-15%
b. The final briquettes of coal rod extrusion machine:
1. The outlet shapes can be round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.
2. With our special binder, the outlet briquettes are of high density, esay shaping, smokeless, easy fire, long burning, etc.
3. Smooth surface and convenient to store and transport.
