Twin Screw Extruder Wood Round Stick Machine use of double-screw press principle, make wood charcoal powder with a special binder together,press with a certain hardness of the predetermined shape of the product. Twin Screw Extruder Wood Round Stick Machine small size, high bearing capacity, Impeller with thicker blade design, Each part is made by wear-resistant materials, the use of time 4-5 times higher than ordinary materials, the mold can be easier changed and maintenanced.

Our Twin Screw Extruder Wood Round Stick Machine has three electric motors and two discharging heads which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density. The new type machine also can make different shapes of hollow or solid briquettes. And its output capacity is twice than the old ones.
The inlet size of materials must be less than 3mm.We need to add some suitable binder in order to shaping easily.The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-15%.
With our special binder, the outlet briquettes are of high density, esay shaping, smokeless, easy fire, long burning, etc.The outlet shapes can be round, rectangular, hexagonal, triangular etc.Smooth surface and convenient to store and transport.
