Charcoal ball pressing Machine, generally four rollers, can supply higher pressure and higher intensity during production of briquettes. It is mainly used in the briquettes making of various color and black metallic ore powder. It can be used to make briquettes from coal powder, charcoal powder and coke powder with binder.
Operating Principle:
The type of briquetting press have two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame and the other two smaller rollers are moveable. Four Roller Double Pressing Briquette Press can supply higher pressure and higher density during production of briquettes, so the briquettes are stronger and in higher density, also the surface is smoother.
Description of output:
The output briquette is in high quality and strong (not easy broken) that won't be broken when dropped from 150-150cm height. Meanwhile, it is easy for combustion, no smell and last longer when burning. These briquettes are green energy with pillow or cubic shape which is suitable for transporting and also saving energy.
