LTQ series coal dust pellet machine
Introduction of coal dust pellet machine
coal dust pellet machine is used to process different powder below 3 mm into briquettes such as pillow shape,
oval shape,egg shape,ball shape,column shape and so on.These powder can be widely including coal powder,coal dust,charcoal powder,iron powder,coke powder,aluminum,gypsum,sludge,kaolin and other powders.
The main consist parts
Structure consists of three parts: the feeding part, transmission part and molding part.
(1).Feeding part achieve dosing feeding to ensure access to the material evenly between the rolls.
(2).Transmission part, main drive system are: motor -- triangle belts--reducer--open gear--roller.
(3).Forming part, mainly refer to host part of machine and the core part is the roller.
Working principle
Through reducer simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated
in opposite directions.In two pressure rollers rotation,materials naturally enter into the ball molds on
pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller.
When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points,materials pressure has reached a peak.
Under enormous pressure,the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball.
The finished products
1.Shape: The finished products pressed by coal dust pellet machine are diversified,pillow shape,oval shape,
egg shape,ball shape, column shape and so on.
2.Hardness: The finished product are very hard, they are not shattered even though down from 3 meters
height.
3.Transport: It is very easy and convenient to transport either short transport or long transport.
