Brief Introduction and Application of Vibratory Feeder:

1) Vibratory Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It can send the stuff into the crusher continuously. It makes a feature of smooth vibrating, reliable in operation, long service life and suitable for feeding.

Structure and Working Principle of Vibratory Feeder:

GZD series Vibrating Feeder is made by the body, exciter, spring support, drives, etc. Feed tank vibration source is the vibration exciter, exciter by two eccentric axis (active and passive) and the gear pair formed by the electric motor through the V-belt driven driving shaft, then take the initiative to the shaft by passive shaft gear meshing rotation, active and passive counter rotating shaft at the same time, so that tank vibration, so that a continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

Warranty of Vibratory Feeder:

1. One Year (Calculated from the goods arrived the destination port.)  If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
