Vibrating Trough Feeder description 

Vibrating trough feeder is mainly used to feed before crusher.It is suitable for the even feeding of granules below 400mm and block shape material.It is mainly used for metal, non-metallic materials short distance transportation.

Trough feeder(chute feeder) is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, coal, mining and water resources and hydropower engineering department.

Trough feeder/ Chute feeder can be fixed on the ground or lifting on the discharge opening of ore bin.The trough bottom slab moves circularly with the speed of 20 to 60 times/min, the stroke is 20-200  mm. the stroke can be adjusted by adjusting eccentric of driving device- eccentric distance is half of the stroke.

According to some concentrators practice, the eccentricity  for sticky ore should be not less than 30 mm.

The trough width of the feeder should be about 2-2.5 times of the maximum feed size. The Biggest trough feeder can feed iron ore less than 500 mm. 

980 * 1240 trough feeder is widely used as 400 * 600 Jaw crusher’s  feeding equipment and the feeder’s feed size is 350-0 mm.
