Model: GW30B
Brief Instruction:
Wire Cutting Machine is a new product in the foam concrete plant, It is specially used to cut various foam concrete blocks. Easy operation, high efficiency.
Main performance:
1. The lifting motor adopt the standard automatically brake motor.
2. Lifting speed could be adjusted through the frequency converter.
3. The block size between 100-200-300-400-500-600-700-800-900-1000-1100-1200mm could be adjusted willfully.
4. All motors are equipped with speed reducers.
GW30B New Wire Cutting Machine is improved on the basis of the GW30A wire cutting machine, It is specially used to cut various foam concrete blocks.
New wire cutting machine special performances:
1. Six shafts equipped with bearings, reduce the friction, and increase the rope wire lifetime.
2. Both horizontal and vertical cutting are cutting both way, keep the blocks more stable, and get good shape blocks.
3. Lifting speed could be also adjusted under the chain drive and lifting motor, more stable.
4. Two cutting motors equipped on the cutting frame, save space, and make the structure more impact.
5. Steel doors instead of the guard grids, more easy for daily maintenance.
6. Add cover on the top of the cutting machine, make the cutter elegant appearance.
7. Improved the control panel too, it is available for 380V/50HZ~460V/50HZ.

Question 1: What is CLC?
CLC is cellular lightweight concrete. It is produced by initially making slurry of Cement, Sand (optional), Fly-Ash & Water, which is further mixed with the foam agent.
Its many uses for making blocks/bricks, wall cast in-situ, roof insulation, void filling, trench reinstatement, bridge abutment work, and many others. For more application, please see application
Question 2: What are the raw material?
For making CLC bricks/blocks, the material mainly is cement, fly-ash/sand, foam agent, water etc.
Question 3: For cutting blocks, saw blade cutting machine or wire cutting machine is better?
If use blade cutting machine:
a. Longer cutting time after pouring concrete
b. Need 2 machines for cutting in 2 directions
c. High blade consumption, especially if the sand in CLC is course or density is high
But if use our GW30B wire cutting machine, it will solves the above problems.
