The brick making machine adopts siemens PLC contorl system with program control and automatic diagnostic program to realize the manless operation.
The machine has a good design and simple operation, which will make you feel the value of the technology. For simple operation, morden way of moulding, power-saving and special technology, the value of the machine is higher than price.
Raw material:Crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel,
perlite, and other industrial wastes.
Main Features
1. The machine is made of super-strong steel with special welding techniques. So the machine is highly firm and shake-resistan.
2. The mould, gears and shafts have heat treatments of quenching, boronizing, carburing and so on in order to ensure the quality of block machine.
3. Integrative and simultaneous viberation will make the machine have the best soild and pressure effects.
4. The machine adopts four-pole-orientation, extended and wear-resistant bushing to ensure the right movement of head of mould.
5. Adopting orienting way operation, the materials spreader will decrease the friction with mould and have a perfect spreading.
6. The hydraulic parts is from Taiwan, Japan, and Germany.
7. Vibration system: German inverter technology, the host variable frequency control, the exciter assembly with oil-immersed, improved brick density, more energy, and rapid prototying.
8. The machine has a high production and good density.The blocks can be stacked once after being moulding.
9. The machine has excellent energy-saving quality and it belogs to energy-saving machines.
10. It uses high emission hydraulic pump and the system can move quickly.
11. The solid bricks can be stacked once after moulding and then you can avoid the cost for ground, pallets and labours 1 to 2cents.
