Foam is prepared in special device: foam generator and after that mixing in foam concrete mixer, delivering by foam concrete pump.

The specific production process of foam concrete machine:
1. Feeding and blend: The quantitative cement, foam agent, steady bubble enhancer is added intothe mixer, through feeding system will be quantitative strengthening agent, foaming agent, stabilizing bubble cement mixer with 30 seconds by dry blend.
2. Mixing: quantitative warm water be added into the mixer with 2 minutes by wet mixing; The quantitative foaming agent be added into the mixer with 8 to 15 seconds mixing.
3. Inject into the mold and foaming: this material be placed into the mould immediately to foaming with 3-5 minutes.
4. Preliminary maintenance: this process is done by several standing after injection moulding.
5. Demoulding: the foam concrete board can be demould is after initial set, which have the initialstrength.
6. Cutting: this foamed concrete board blank owning a certain intensity can be cut after demoulding, and the cutting specifications can be adjusted according to the need by the cutting blade.
7. Finish product maintenance: the curing time of foam concrete board should have no less than 7 days.
