About
BM-A4 is designed by European CE symbol, and also is measured up to ISO9001 standard, which guarantees the quality of the products. And it is made up with three main parts: preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station. QCL-1800, which adopted high pressure clamping, makes self-adjustment in accordance with the different pressure needed during production, thus ensures the super clamping force. With such effective control over air energy and power, it takes a big part to lower costs and improve efficiency.
BM-A4 automatic blow molding machine is widely used to produce varieties of PET plastic container and package for mineral water, beverage, oil, cosmetic and hot infusion, ect. Controlled by micro-computer with each main process fitted with safety of self-locking, it is operated by only one worker and the total production is completed automatically. Its wide utilization and reliable performance make it become popular and attractive to all bottle manufacturers.
Different system
1.The control system is the heart of BM-A4 . Together with Hi-tech touching-Man-Machine Interaction (MMI) control panel with user-friend, the whole control systempresents super performance with precise control, convenient parameter setup, obvious display and reasonable memory.
2. BM-A4 automatic blow molding machine adopts infrared heating machine, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving. Adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform of different sizes. Each lamp's horizontal position is adjustable to keep the machine agile.
3.Pneumatic system provides the power for machine’s movement. World famous high quality pneumatic components equipped on this machine such as Festo from Germany, specially designed high-pressure valve, high precise action, long service life and reliable performance are their highlights. Network of those pneumatic components suppliers' global service ensures customers their prompt after-sale service locally for their pneumatic products used on QCL-1800
