Extrusion Blow Molding Machines
1. Two station, single layer, 55mm screw, 7.5kw motor, PE / PP etc.
2. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's county ).
3. Different Die Head for Choosing:
One die head (500ml-1L): 1L around 400 bottles per hour
Two die head (250ml-500ml): 500ml around 1000 bottles per hour
Three die head( under 250ml):250ml around 2000 bottles per hour
4. Center Distance: Two Die head: 120mm, Three Die head: 80mm
5. Deflashing system: Neck/ handle/ bottom deflashing.Fully automatic.
6. MOOG 100 Points Parison Controller (Optional)
This kind of blow molding machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic primary cylinders. Moreover, it equips with deflashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.
