Features:
I.Electrical-control system:Japanese Mitsubishi PLC + touchscreen control system ,
All process setting,alteration,search, monitoring and fault detection can be realized
via the touch screen,in the wprking principleof no-point contact,the elements are
very durable.
II.Hydraulic system:under proprtional pressure control,the system is equipped
with international famous-brand hydraulic elements,thus working stably and
reliably.
III.Plasticizing system:highly-efficient plasticized and mixed bolt ensures
plastics are plasticized fully and evenly.
IV.Soeed regulator:frequency cintrol+reduction box,enjoying steady
regulation,low noise and long life.
V.Mold opening,closing and moving system:large beam arm,3-point position,
and mold opening,closing system with central mold clanping,as to ensure long
life.Molds are clamped in balance,enjoying no deformation,high precision,
small resistance and high speed.
Purpose:
It is designed for 3-layer compounded bottles below 1000ml .high barrier composite bottle compound-formed with PE+AC+EVOH.
