Our automatic pipe coil rapid pasteurizing machine is a special sterilization equipment for milk, juice, and other drinks
Heating,sterilizing,cooling and heat recovery these functions all in one,with various security protection devices(such as high temperature alarm,low temperature backflow,cooling at power cut..etc).
High precision automatic control system and PLC reasonable process programming makes operation clear and easier.
1) By adopting scientific treatment characterized by instant ultra high temperature, this system enables liquid foods including liquid products, vegetable protein milk, juice beverage and tea to be strictly sterilized and subsequently to be aseptically packaged.
2) The sterilization temperature can be as high as 135 degree to 143 degree while the holding time lasts only 4-5 seconds, so that the original months.
3) The equipment is characterized by high heat recovery, compact structure and stable temperature control.
