UHT Pasteurizer
Plate UHT Sterilizer can take hot process on the liqiud foods and beverage.
This machine adopts UTH processing method,makes the liquid dairy beverage and juice etc
strictly sterilized,then into aseptic package,with the sterilization temperature:137°,
warm keeping time:3-5S,so to keep the original nutrition,colour and flavour of the beverage and dairy.
This machine os of the advantage of high heat recycle,compact and fine structure,]and temperature control.Outputing material temperature,and cool package.Capacity:1-10T/h. Controlling ways:semi-automatic,full automatic(PLC controlling.touch screen).
Plate type UTH is PLC controlled,The system work in aseptic section and normal section,for technical requirements of filling
at low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature.The seven-section heat exchanger ensures minimum consumption of energy,and perfect design of CIP
and SIP satisfies the demand of cleaning and sterilization.Ultra-high temperature water is employed as the media for the heating of material and temperature
adjustment of filling exit,featuring high accuracy.
