1. Introduction
LMT9350TFC Trailer Chip Sealer is a special machine for asphalt road building construction. It is widely used for fast synchronous spraying work of highway. It can spray asphalt and aggregate in the same time, also can spray them separately. It has advantages of saving cost, abrasion-resistant of the surface, skidproof, waterproof, etc. and the traffic will be recovered soon after construction when you are using it. It’s suitable for different grades of road construction.
The asphalt tank is coated with silicon acid aluminum material for heat insulation, with good heat preservation ability. Asphalt can be sprayed automatically by rear fixed spraybar or manually by hand spraygun. Asphalt pump is fixed outside for convenient maintenance. With heat conducting oil heating and high pressure air cleaning for the pipeline, nozzles are not easy to be jammed. The structure for chip spreading is compact, which can use material gate oil cylinder to control the opening of the material brake. This model has a easy & efficient spraying and a reliable & safe performance.
