sand production line application:
Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control panel, etc, and capacity is 30-500T/H. Sand making production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher ( or counterattack crusher ), vertical shaft impact crusher ( sand making machine ), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, centralized electric control and belt conveyor.
sand production line brife introduction:
Large stone is transported to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then crushed material is transported to sand making machine. Then the stones are screened out into several different types with a vibrating screen. Stone with satisfied size is transported to sand washing machine, then it will be final product, while overlarge stone is returned back to sand making machine for recrushing.
sand production line process:
First of all, stone has an initial crushing in the coarse crusher , then, produced coarse material is lifted by belt conveyor to fine crusher for further crushing, the finely crushed stone gets into the vibration sieve to sieve two stones, stones meeting feeding granularity enters the sand making machine to make sand, another part of stones are feed back into the fine crusher. Partial stones in sand making machine are made into sand, after the cleaning of the sand washing machine (optional) gets the finished sand, the rest enters sand machine and be broken again.
Characteristics of sand production line :
It is highly automatic. The efficiency is high, operation cost is low, crushing ratio is high, capacity is high, and pollution is very low. Size of final product is even, and with good shape, which complies with requirement for highway.
In order to minimum occupation area, we try to make full use of space. Advanced electric control system makes the full line very smooth, reliable, and easy to maintenance.
