Product Description
Flotation machine is applicable for separating nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, nonmetallic mine, chemical material and recycle mine. it include coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and flotation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.Mechanical agitation type flotation machine is divided into XJ type SF type, type JJF etc.XJ type flotation machine belonging to the air impeller with radiation, selfpriming slurry flotation machine. Currently widely used SF flotation machine, XJ type flotation machine than inspiratory capacity, energy consumption, impeller and wear plate light and so on. JJF flotation machine available at the lower part of the slurry tank form a cycle, than the XJ type flotation machine with low energy consumption, less wear, easy to automatic control. SJ type general and JJF flotation machine to form a coalition unit.
Flotation machine working principle :
The flotation machine is driven by V belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, to inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp; on the other hand to stir ore pulp and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
Flotation machine usage :
To check the bolts before starting the machine and to use hand instead of impellers to prevent the sediment from adding the burden of electromotor. To adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should have a distance and should be changed when they are worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.
