Permanent high magnetic wet drum magnetic separator semi-counter current type :

Wet  magnetic separator application:  

This type of magnetic separator is used to separate the strong magnetic materials .the capacity can be 24-240t/h.

The magnetic system adopt high performance,Magnetic system materials adopt ferrite and NdFeB with high performance, high coercive force and high remanence; the surface of the cylinder is lined with wear-resistant rubber.

Wet  magnetic separator features:

The semi -counter current wet magnetic separator : the ore pupl feeding direction is half reverse ,half is the same, it is different with the concurrent type is the ore pulp is turn a circule in the trough, because the ore pulp is washed to loose status,can prevent mixed,and the ore pulo movement direction is the same with magnetic force ,it is favour of recover 0.5-0 mm strong magnetic materials coarse separation,scavenging,cleaning, improve the recovery rate and grade, the ore pulp surface is stable,so it is stable separation,widely used .
