YGZ Oral Liquid Filling And Capping Machine for vial bottles
I. Introduction:
Suitable for molded or glass oral liquid bottles of 5ml-25ml, the YGZ series oral liquid filling-capping machine is a piece of equipment specially used for pharmacy, health care, food and other industries. It can be used individually, and can also work with the QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, ASMR series tunnel sterilizing dryer and other equipment to form a compact production line that integrates functions of washing, drying, filling and capping so as to realize automatic oral liquid filling and capping production. The machine can automatically complete the procedures of bottle feeding, bottle sorting, bottle conveying, filling, cap falling, capping, bottle discharging, and etc.
II. Features:
1. With features such as simple structure, reasonable layout, easy repair, stable production, convenient operation and cleaning, and so on, the machine can be used singly or for linked production. It is an ideal piece of equipment especially for packaging of oral liquids.
2. It adopts the bottle feeding mesh belt enlarged rotary table structure, avoiding bottle shortage and bottle falling during high speed production.
3. It adopts the synchronous tracking technology with long filling time and high filling precision.
4. The machines uses the glass pump to carry out quantitative filling with high precision. It is suitable for oral liquids and other liquids of certain viscosity.
5. The filling needle adopts individual clamping technology and each filling needle can be adjusted independently.
6. It has features of single-needle type quantitative filling, no air bubble, long shelf life, and etc.
7. During normal running, the machine is provided with the functions of no filling in case of no bottle, machine stopping in case of no cap, while the rate of finished products is high.
8. The driving part of the machine adopts the cam principle and round disc type positioning, so that the positioning is correct during filling and capping.
9. The control part adopts variable frequency speed adjustment which realizes stepless speed adjustment.
10. The capping part adopts the built-in single-pole structure, featured by stable running, reliability, high- quality capping and so on.
