AAG Series Ampoule multi-needle Wire Drawing Filling Machine
I. Introduction:
The machine is a new generation stand alone multi-needle wire drawing filling machine. It is designed with the rectangular bottle conveying mode to make ampoule conveying process to be more stable and lower the bottles’breakage rate. A new type clutch device is installed for hopper bottle feeding, which can stop conveying ampoules without stopping the machine, so as to reduce the wastage of ampoules. In the filling stopping system, the electromagnetic switch is changed into the mechanical filling stopping with strong reliability. The bottle discharging structure abandons the traditional bottle conveying mode, making bottle unscrambling to be more reasonable and increasing the rate of finished products.
II. Features:
Our factory is the first manufacturer in China which adopted molded fittings to produce pharmaceutical machinery. The main parts are made of precision stainless steel castings that ensure the precision and interchangeability. Furthermore, the stainless steel piston is adopted for filling, so that dripping is controlled, carbonization is avoided and accurate filling volume is ensured.
