HDA Series Far Infrared Tunnel hot air Sterilizing Oven
I.Application:
With an integral tunnel structure, the machine includes three parts: the preheating area, high temperature sterilizing area and cooling area. It adopts the hot air laminar flow disinfection principle to carry out instant high temperature sterilization of the vessel. It is suitable for drying and sterilization of ampoules, antibiotic bottles, oral liquid bottles and other medicinal glass bottles.
II. Features:
1. The oven is welded by high quality stainless steel sheets.
2. The oven includes two parts which are the heating section and cooling section. The heating section is provided with heat insulation layers of certain thickness, and is filled with high quality aluminum silicate fiber to achieve good heat insulation effect.
3. Humidity removing ports are installed at the top of the heating section in the oven to accelerate the drying of materials and to enhance the sterilization effect.
4. The electrothermal quartz tube is adopted as the heating element, which is installed at the upper heating part of the work room, featured by high efficiency, energy saving, and etc.
5. The transmission system adopts the stainless steel mesh belt for driving and is featured by the electromagnetic stepless speed adjustment.
6. The high-efficiency air filter is set at the cooling air inlet of the oven to purify cold air from the blower. The fan is mounted at the air outlet to adjust the wind volume in according with the requirements.
7. The far infrared tunnel oven is provided with a control cabinet. Temperature control is realized by using the digital controller with the temperature range of 0-400℃. The meter has features such as strong anti-vibration and anti-disturbance ability, small volume and convenient operation.
