Our company specialize in the production of magnesium metal calcination process, process raw materials (dolomite) is crushed into qualified materials(30-40mm) by crusher, roasting and sintering, calcined dolomite, cooling by the cooling machine and grind into powder by ball mill, and then balling by the briquetting machine, and after crushed, mixing uniformity to briquetting with ferrosilicon powder(contain 75% silicon) and fluorite powder(containing GaF2 95%), load into heat resistant stainless steel reduction tank and put into restore furnace,under the condition of 1200-1250 ° C and vacuum of 1.33Pa restore and make up coarse magnesium, through fusing agent refined,ingot casting,surface treatment to get finished magnesium ingot.
An annual output of 5,000 tons magnesium metal calcination configuration:
400×600 jaw crusher, 250×1000 fine crusher, 2.5×40 roasting machine, 2×20m cooler,MQG1.83 x 7m ball mill, MQG1.5 × 5.7 ball mill, MG1725 coal mill, HL300 bucket hoist, 2.5m gas furnace, briquetting machine, vertical preheater, G×400 screw conveyor.

600×900 jaw crusher, 250×1200 fine jaw crusher, 3×60 roasting machine, 2.2×20m cooler,MQG2.4 x 8m ball mill, MQG1.5×5.7 ball mill, MG2233 coal mill, HL300 bucket hoist, 3m gas furnace, briquetting machine, vertical preheater, G×400 screw conveyor.
