14" (360mm) Hollow Spindle / Conventional Pipe Threading Lathe

We, Timeway Machine sold 6", 8", 10", 14", 18" hollow spindle Conventional oil country lathes designed to perform all sizes of the threads used in the oil & gas industry; center height 385mm, 500mm, 550mm, 650mm; distance between centres from 1500mm up to 9000mm; 3-jaw self-centering chuck or 4-jaw independent chuck on both sides of gear box. All machines are in conformity to the CE norms.

Features:

• This lathe meets the special requirements of users in the petroleum, geological, mining and chemical industries, and in agricultural irrigation and drainage.
• It is able to cut various straight and taper pipe threads of union joints, drill rods, casting pipes, drain pipes, well castings and water pump pipes more economically and efficiently as compared with the engine lathe, however, it may serve as an engine lathe to cut various metric, withworth and module threads, shafts and disks.
  
• The machine tool is equipped with a tapering unit which can work out a 1:4 taper.
  
• The machine tool is able to cut both metric and with threads without changing the translating gear.
  
• Dripping worm in the apron can protect the mechanisms of the lathe automatically.
  
• The guide way is hardened and finely finished.
  
• The great power of the machine is competent at heavy load and power cutting.
  
• The floor center rest can be moved freely as required by the user.
  
• Center rest is provided with an adjustable clamp unit for long pipes, greatly reducing intensity of labor.
  
• Double 4-jaw chucks offer free clamp of both short and long pipes.
