• The machine is developed for oil pipe threading turning, and suitable for all kinds of pipe thread turning.
• It is full-closed loop control system CNC pipe threading lathe, also can be used as ordinary CNC lathe.
• It is suitable for processing complex shape of shaft, set, the dish parts, such as turning internal and external cylindrical face, internal and external cone face, circular arc surface, end face, cutting and corner, turning thread etc.

Actual Working Precision:

•Fine turning outside taper pipe thread(Taper: 1:16, Thread pitch: 3.175), meet accumulative error of pitch to 0.035/25.4mm. By precision special measuring instrument for thread. To the machine, can process the high-quality  workpieces that customer need through our actual processing and measuring repeatedly.

The Way of Keeping High Precision of Machining Workpiece:(As Follow)

To improve the accuracy of the overall machine tool, we design a new guide on the Z-axis that double V-type guide keep better machining accuracy. So according to your need, the guide can be available.

Electronic Unit and RENISHAW Laser Interferometer:

•Famous brand Renishaw laser interferometer not only can measuring X/Z-axis positioning accuracy and repositioning accuracy and back lash, but also can segmented pitch compensation on the X/Z-axis. Thus improving once-  again  the overall accuracy of machine tool and machining accuracy, and the accuacy of machining thread.
