RGEK Series High-speed CNC Grooving Machine / CNC Groover

 Features:

1.The RGEK grooving machine is improved based on traditional desktop grooving machine.It gets all the

   advantages of ordinary desktop groocing machine and combines with the latest international technology of

   grooving machine.Thus, its cutting speed is quick and the surface is without indentation ect.
2.Compared with traditional desktop grooving machine, the changes of this machine are as follows:

   (1) The beam is placed horizontally compared with longitudinal layout , removing the auxiliary press foot

         which reduces the weight of beam.
   (2) The spur gear of driven impetus transmission sysytem changes into the helical gear, which inproves the

        speed , reduce the noise and vibration ,and make the transmission smooth and reliable , inproving the

        service life of gears.
   (3) The first grade of transmission adopts V-belts transmission. The tensility of V-belt can reduce the impact

       force when stoping quick and being hurry to back, which guarantee the euipment 's flexible operation and

       improve its service life.
3.The machine adopts 4-axis CNC. The X-axis (longitudinal feed of tool nose) adopts encoder CNC.

    Y1-axis(transverse feed of tool nose), Y2-axis (transverse feed of end pressure), Z-axis (vertical feed of tool

    nose) adopts servo control , realizing automatic operation when all parameter is input,which improve the

    processing accuracy of dadoing roundly.
4.The material clamping system adopts hydraulic system as power , with strong pressure and reliable fastening

   force. Meanwhile it is with lower noise and uses little energy.
5.It can do self-repair when the surface of table is worn , which prelong the service life of equipment.
6.Adopting edge compressed localization, when it works there is no presser foot contact with the surface of

    board, and without defect of surface indentation.
7.The CNC system is designed reasonably which is easy to learn. As long as the parameter is input , the

    machine can work automaticlly.And it takes many chain safeguard measure to make sure that the machine

    can work safely.
8.Touch screen , PLC, Servo motor, Motor reducer, Linear guideway , Ball screw and other important parts are
