Hydraulic Ram-head
H+L hydraulic ram head from Germany, stroke can be adjusted by CNC system, and pressure is stable during the whole stroke, with overload proceccion of oil pressure, stable performance and low noise. Multi-rings turret process ensures more flexibility.

Hydraulic System
H+L hydraulic system completely from Germany, with cooling device oil temperature, low energy consumption and little volume.

Driving the Turret
Compact structure, high precision of driving, reliable and stable.

Turret and Index Tools
Nisshinbo supply components, thick turret structure, better guiding and higher precision. Keeping touch index tool position, higher precision and efficiency, driven bt worm and worm wheel, which is soaked in oil, less wore away and longer life.

 
Monitoring Device for Deformed Workpiece
The sheet may Strike the turret if it deforms more than a certain limit. With two sides monitor switches of punching center, it will prevent striking in advance and protect both work piece and also machine.

Lower Die Rapid Unloading
Lower die rapid loading and unloading are accurate and convenient.

Material feeding structure and clamps
Long stroke precision ground ball screw, four guiding-slots linear guide, higher positioning precision, faster speed.
Adopt pneumatic floating clamps, high strength, stable and reliable. Equipped with lossening alarm to ensure safe process.

No-punching zone detection cells
Provides overall protection to the clamps. Protects the clamps from striking or being punched when manually moved to this critical area or in case of a software protection failure.

Standard brush worktable with steel balls
Adopt high density soft brush, ensure the material move stably, low moise, reduce scratching, equipped with steel balls, prolonging the service life.
Steel ball worktable is more suitable for steel plate thicker than 3.5mm(optional).

Hardened die bushings
Turret head adopts a sleeve structure, prolonging the service life, the die bushings have a harder surface, guaranteeing better resistance to wear and easier interchange.

Tools
Thcik turret series tools have more guiding length. The tools also have a harder surface and better wear resistance. It can be used for several type of applications such as punching, overturning and edge knurling.

CNC system
World top-class Siemens CNC system. ensure precise control and smooth, reliable movement (Optional: Fanuc CNC system).
