Machine Applications

The machine is applicable to machining inner holes of various types of parts, such as round holes, splined holes, holes with single key, involute profile and holes with internal spline.

Performance and Features

Driven by hydraulic power, the machine with an overload safety device works steadily and enables stepless speed change.
Broaching tool is fully escorted during the whole stroke.
The machine is equipped with high-pressure coolant chip flushing unit.
The machine has three operating modes: automatic cycling, semi-automatic cycling, and segmented cycling.
The hydraulic oil tank can be equipped with a set of fully functional oil cooler, which make the broaching machine be able to work under normal oil temperature for long time.
The machine adopts centralization lubrication device and automatical chip removing device.
