Machine Summary

• Super-finishing process means to press oilstone to a rotating workpiece with low pressure to establish a surface contacting position. And the work piece is supported by two regulating rollers. At the same time, the oilstone makes high frequency axial vibration with main characteristics as follows.
• Within a short time tremendously improve its roughness(ingeneral, surface roughness can reach as high as ra0.025um through penetrating type super-finishing).
• Since it is processed under low pressure, workpiece surface structure would not be subject to any abnormal change. The entire or most part of surface denatured layer formed in the preceding working procedure(grinding or cutting process) can be wiped out.
• The oilstone comes into surface contacting with the workpiece, the waviness(chamfering circle) emerged during machining can be wiped out.
• After being treated through super-finishing, workpiece precision shall be greatly enhanced, surface quality shall be obviously improved and lubricant film is liable to be formed. As a result, its service life is extended and bearing capacity is increased. Compared with those otherwise processes, it is more efficient and economic in saving labor.

Cylindrical Roller Super-finishing Machine(3M-5/3M-80)

• Centerless penetrating type super-finishing methed is adopted.
• Six oilstones from a group, and allocate in the sequence of rough super-finishing, half fine super-finishing, fine super-finishing. They carry out successively machining of the workpiece.
• 3M-5 is suitable for machining needle, precise mandrel etc. 3M-80 is designed for cylinder, rolling bearing ferrule, piston pin, piston, shock absorber link and so forth. 

Shaft-disc Type Components Super-finishing Machine(3M-100)

• Centerless non-penetrating type super-finishing is adopted.
• Four or six oilstones form in a group, and allocate in the sequence of rough super-finishing, half fine super-finishing, fine super-finishing. They carry out successively machining of the workpiece.
• The machine is suitable for cylindrical roller, rolling bearing ferrule, piston pin, piston, shock absorber link and so forth.

Centerless Super-finishing Machine(3M-120/3M-200)

• Centerless penetrating type super-finishing method is adopted.
• Four or six oilstones form in a group, and allocate in the sequence of rough super-finishing, half fine super-finishing, fine super-finishing. They carry out successively machining of the workpiece.

Special Purpose Super-finishing Machine(3M-60)

• Centerless penetrating type super-finishing method is adopted.
• Six oilstones form a group, and allocate in the sequence of rough super-finishing, half fine super-finishing, fine super-finishing. They carry out successively machining of the workpiece.
• The machine is mainly used for automobile damper connecting rod, piston rod and other slender shaft workpieces. in addition, cylindrical roller, small size bearing ring and piston ring work-pieces can also be machined.
