Performance and Feature

• This surface-grinding machine applies to grind and process the general metals,superhard meterials,moulds and bearing in the field of saw blade,automobile parts,semi- conductor and opticals.
• This surface-grinding machine adopts mainly the grinding wheel to grind the surface of workpiece; where its operating bench is designed to grind the internal and external conical surface,groove and step of workpiece,even make the compound grinding for workpiece by rotating along the horizontal spindle.
• The body and the vertical column of column of surface-grinding machine are made of the HT250 cast iron;in order to avoid deformation and guarantee the long-term grinding accuracy,both are relieved the internal stress by making annealing treatment and the naturally actual effect treatment.
• The axis Y adoptd the precision spherical guide and is provided with the Grade C3 ball screw and servo motor to drive and achieve the perfect feed accuracy.
• The vertical axis adopts the cellular design and the mechanics principle to ensure the grinding stability and guarantee the heavy duty grinding.
• The grinding head's vertical feed shaft(X) adopts the precision spherical guide and is provided with the Grade 3 ball screw and servo motor to drive and achieve the perfect feed accuracy; where the gap is relieved by the pretightening force.
• The main axis adopts the dynamic/static-pressure grinding head and the constant-temperature hydraulic drill;both of which have high accuracy and long life,and can ensure to withstand the heavy duty grinding.
• The workbench,on which the constant-speed cutting device is designed,is driven to rotate by the dynamic-static pressure.As the excircle of the workbench moves and becomes its inner circle,the reciprocating mition speed of workbench's carriage and the rotating speed of workbench increase accordingly and long life ,and can ensure to realize the consistent surface machining quality and higher surface roughness
• The workable diameter is 400mm or less; however for the workpiece having higher requirements on surface flatness and roughness,the surface flatness of 0.003mm and the surface roughness of 0.8µm(Ra value)can be achieved.
• The simple and concise dialogue operation and control system can let operator select grinding mode easily and enter the grinding parameters in accordance with the presetting interface to realize an relaxed auto grinding.The grinding procedure can not only be cycled automatically,but also can shorten working hours,improve working efficiency and realize consistent machining accuracy.This machine does not need any senior grinding technology or high academic qualifications;even for an operator who does not need any senior grinding technology or high academic qualifications;even for an operator who does know who to operate the grinding machine,he/she can easily learn and seize an extraordinary precision grinding technique from this machine.
