Performance and Features

• It is there-coordinate drilling machine; it adopts external chip removal(gun drilling method) to process the cylindrical hole. 

• The tool and rod is kept rotating and feeding. it can achieve the good precision and surface roughness. It can process through hole, step hole, blind hole, inclined hole, semi-round hole, intermittent hole and over lapping plate hole, etc.

• The horizontal moving of worktable and the vertical moving of elevator and the tool's feeding adopt servo drive system with stepless speed regulation. The spindle motion is controlled exactly and stably with stepless speed regulation. 

• The clamping of workpiece uses hydraulic device, which is controlled by the separate hydraulic pump station. The machine is the good choice for metal cutting of deep hole parts, it is used widely for the process of precise short hole and special hole.

• The machine bed is made of high quality cast iron with enough rigidity; the transmission system uses ball screw and high precision linear ball guide rail with good precision retaining ability. 

• All the operation is displayed by CNC system; it is very safe and rapid to fix the workpiece.

• This machine can be widely a[[loed to many industries including mould, automobile, military, aero-space, mining machinery, etc.

Technical Parameters

• Firstly packed by waterproof cloth and then in wooden case.
• Few parts may need to be taken down and be packed in wooden case.
