Machine Summary
On the principle of continuous indexing, the machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur & helical gears and sprokets under axial feed method. Manual feed is used for worktable. Maximum hob diameter is 260mm, so that the machine can cut the workpieces with the module of 20mm. The machine is suited for mine, oil, marine and engineering machinery industries.
Remarks
1. Standard equipment includes: main machine, hob arbor assemblies Φ32, Φ40 and Φ50 one for each, a complete set of change gears, a complete set of operating tools.
2. Special order: other dia. hob arbors Φ22, Φ27 and Φ60.
