Different Machines
1. On generating principle, the model GHBS-200 gear hobbing machine is designed for cutting spur and helical gears, sprokets and splines etc. The worktable of the machine adopts double-start worm gearing so it has high efficiency. It is suited for cutting small-sized gears for motorcycle and mini-bus industries on batch production in automatic cycle working method as well as only setup one time during cutting the workpiece.
2. The model GHBS-200/1 gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as those of the model GHBS-200. It has advantage of single-start worm as its index gearing of the worktable and is well suited for cutting the workpiece with small module and multi-No. of teeth.
3. The model GHBS-125 gear hobbing machine has the same functions and applications as those of the model GHBS-200. It has advantage of high spindle speed and can meet the requirements of cutting performance of hob with small module and diameter.

Performance and Feature
1. With vertical design, the worktable can move in radial as radial feed movement.
2. Electrical system with fail-safe control and low failure rate is controlled by PLC of OMRON.
3. The modular valves available from Northman has high reliability and low failure rate in order to be convenient to diagnose failures and maintain hydraulic system.
4. The worktable is fitted with double-start worm as its index gearing. It is suitable for cutting the workpiece with less-teeth.
5. The hob spindle adopts circulating lubrication to ensure sufficient and reliable lubrication for spindle bearings in order to prolong their service life. Meanwhile circulating oil can quickly remove heat caused by spindle running to insure high rotary accuracy for the spindle.
6. Supply with special attachments according to the customers' special order.
7. Tangential hob head, hydraulic fixtures, workpiece arbors, live center, shift hob head.
8. Swivel angle right: 45°, left: 30°.

Remarks
Standard attachments: main machine, one complete set of standard change gears, one set of special tools, hob arbors of Φ22 and Φ27 one for each.
