Performance and Feature
1. The model GHA-1250 general purpose gear hobbing machine. On the principle of continuous indexing, the machine is suited to cut cylindrical spur and helical gears and sprockets under axial feed, or worm wheels by a worm-wheel hob under radial feed. The feed of the worktable is manual. The machine is best suited for mine, oil, ship, engineering mechanism industries for hobbing large gears.
2. The model GHMA1250 precision gear hobbing machine is developed based on general purpose machine. It is used for cutting high accuracy gears and worm wheel.
3. The model GHC-1250A hardened CNC gear hobbing machine is used for cutting cylindrical hardened spur and helical gears, etc.
Remarks
1. Standrad equipment includes: main machine, hob arbor assemblies Φ30, Φ40, Φ50 one of each; a complete set of change gears, a complete set of operating tools.
2. Special order: other dia. hob arbors Φ22, Φ27, Φ60.
