1. Technical description:
VMC600 is a kind of medium and small size vertical machining center with a fixed column using mechanical and electrical integration design and has an elegant shape, and also capable for precision cutting. The machine can automatically complete the machining processes of milling, drilling, boring, expansion, hinge, countersink, tapping and so on in a single set-up.
Suitable for medium and small box-type, board type, plate type, shell type and other complex parts of the multi-species processing, the machine is widely used in automobile parts, molds, valves, construction machinery, IT equipment, optical equipment, medical equipment, and aerospace industries.
2. Body:
The machining center adopts the structure of fixed column and movable cross-slip and features with its high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The machining center also has the functions of automatic chip conveying and large flow for chip sweeping. Hermetic protection, pleasing appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.
3. Spindle:
High-speed spindle unit from Taiwan, BT30 spindle, center blowing function.
4. Tool magazine:
High quality and performance tool magazine with 14 tools and short tool-change time.
5. Drive:
The precision ball screws driven by three-axis motors with the direct-connect mode, and the preload installation further improves the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. Used linear rolling guide in three linear axes, the machine has small vibration during high-speed feed, no crawling when low-speed feed, and good stability of a high accuracy.
6. System:
High quality FANUC 0i mate MD numerical control system is equipped to ensure the stability of machine tool control and also ensure the user’s CNC machining required functions and auxiliary functions.
