Main Functions and Features
1. The machine is suitable for high precision machining of cylindrical, face, conical, arc, thread, disc type, shaft and other parts, the machine structure is compact, small footprint, easy to use.
2. The machine adopts the overall module design, aging treatment, the use of high-grade resin sand casting, the rail dual mountain hard track, and with retractable shield protection screw installed in the middle of the bed. All of the implementation of the automatic cycle lubrication, these features ensure that the long-term retention of precision machine tools.
3. Spindle precision angular contact bearings and double outer cylindrical roller bearings can be achieved by high-precision, high rigidity, high speed turning.
4. Optional manual, pneumatic, hydraulic chuck and chuck clamping according to user needs.
5. The machine uses KND-100 control system. Also can use the system according to the requirements of customers, such as Japan FANUC and Germany SIEMENS.
