Features:
1. This series of machines is CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe suitable for rough machining and finish machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpiece with carbide, ceramic and other tools in facing, external cylindrical turning, taper cutting and curved shape.
2. Machine bed has Fission-bed guideways, and induction hardened to guarantee high accuracy, big load capacity and long life, Carriage guideways are fully protected with metal plate splash guards.
3. Main spindle drive is DC inverter motor with three steps hydraulic shift that brings wide speed change range of 1:200. Two step change headstock has spindle direct connected chuck structure. Main spindle is supported by imported high precision, radial backlash adjustable double row cylindrical roller bearings in optimal distance considering supporting distance and chuck diameter to get the best accuracy and stiffness.
4. X-axis and Z-axis movement is controlled by AC servo motors. X-axis adopts imported high precision ball screw and Z-axis adopts imported high precision backlash free worm rack structure to guarantee the highest feed accuracy and rapid traverse.
5. Various types of steady rests, roll chock stand, grinding attachment and milling attachment are available as option according to customer's choice.
