Asymmetrical 3-roll Bending Machine
Features:
1. Asymetrical 3-roll bending machine with one-side prebend, which working components consists of upper roller, lower roller and the side roller.
2. Hardend rollers, suitable even for stainless steel machining.
3. Rollers are centrally powered by planetary gears and brake motor, adopts hydraulic braking mode.
4. The side roller transmission adopts the mechanical transmission, ensuring the high precision.
5. Motorized rear roller adjustment.
6. High quality steel rollers.
7. Seperate control Panel.
8. Balance device adopts tightenbolts institutions adjustment.
9. The lower rolller supported on the compound sliding bearings, compound bearing block
supported on the diagonal steel.
10. The limit position of the side roller is controlled by travel switch, the lower roller adopts manual control.
