It is widely used in various industrial department(such as building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, coal, mine, food and other industries)to convey powder, granular and lump material, such as, coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc.
Applications of Cement Silo Screw conveyor
The Cement Screw conveyor are used to transfer the cement from big bags and bags to cement silo and cement batchers. Cement screws are manufactured by Sincola in different capacities and diameters by using latest technology. Sincola manufactures 2 different type of cement silos according to application ; cylindrical type and semi-open type. Our cement screws are drived by planetary type gearbox and appropriate engine. Our LSY Cement Screw Conveyorwhich have galvanized maintenance covers and special intermediate bearings, also are equipped with central lubrication system. This system is designed to provide operating convenience to our customers and is implemented in all LSY Screw Conveyor as standart. Our cement screws are manufactured at Ø114, Ø165, Ø219, Ø273 ve Ø323 diameters. Semi-open type cement screws are specially designed to use in our mobile concrete batching plants.

The warranty covers the Product, for one (1) year from the documented date of purchase.

1. We will send the new spare parts by air express, such as DHL or TNT once our customers request an urgent replace of broken parts under warranty
2. We will arrange engineers to service machinery overseas in case our customers are in need help for installation and training, such as tower cranes, concrete batching plant, asphalt mixing plant, stone crushing plant, etc.
3. We will send original spare parts by shipment or air express for opion in case our clients want to purchase some other spare parts for repair and regular maintenance of their machines.
