1.The boiler body has a compact stracture,which has double-stum and travling grate.it is of the following features,such as big heating surface,sufficient outlet,safety and reliablity.The boiler is loaded in bulk.
2.There is a turbillion burn locule in the furance,which is used to reduce the dustiness ,and at the same time ,hot carbon black particles are burned further,so thermal efficiency is improved, smoke blackness is reduced .Smoke emission concentration can conform to the emissionregulationof the first class regions of the state.Because part of big soot particles of the smoke is separated in the tourbillion burn locule ,dirt concentration of the smoke entering convection bank is decreased,abrasion of convective heating surface is decreased ,and convection bank is decreased,abrasion of convective heating surface is decreased, and life-span of the boiler is extended.
3.Travelling grape takes several patent technologies such as scaletype travelling great and side grate,etc.,which improves the liability of the boiler.
4.The wind entered the closed wind room from both sides, and machining conical surface sealing structrue is applied to bilateral grate air distribution device,which can improve the sensitivity.This technology is protected by national patent.
5.This series boiler is lied out single-storey ,so the price of boiler room can decrease more than 50%,and the investment of boiler room can be saved more than 40%. 6.Combustion apparatus and other energy-saving apparatus promoted by our country can be matched according to customer's requirement
