1.The series equipment as used in producing drink containde with glass bottles.Washing filling and sealing can be carride out on the same machine.
2.The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately.The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is on bottle or bottles are damaged.Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying,the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.
3.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available,the machine can be stopped automatically.

Q1. The material for making machine is SS210 or SS304? Can I ask for SS316 material?
A1: We never use SS210, material for beverage machines should be good.
Price for SS316 is much higher than SS304, if you could accept the price, it is ok surely.
